Does game design content count as a deviation?

I really don't want to post my RPG game design and concepts on my LiveJournal, as almost nobody there would be able to give me feedback. Posting it here has the added benefit of implied (if not direct) copyright protection and proof of publication. But its written content not art, per se. Could it work and would it be allowed?
